Ten Group appoints Craig Le Grice to accelerate tech leadership in concierge market
Ten Group is delighted to welcome Craig Le Grice to the business as Chief Product Officer as of 1 September 2016.
Craig will expand on the company’s rapid digital progress to date and lead the transformation of the product portfolio to become fully technology-centric.
Craig has 15 years’ experience within the technology, digital, and product marketing functions creating and executing B2B and B2C digital product and platform strategies.
Ten Group’s award-winning, customer-facing, online concierge platform is rolling out globally after a hugely successful UK launch in 2015. Craig will build on this success to further establish Ten Group as world leaders in serving and building trust with affluent and high-net-worth customers globally.

Most recently, Craig was the Chief Customer Officer at Global Blue (the leading worldwide retail, travel, and payments group). Craig led all aspects of the digital customer experience, user journey, and product touchpoints. Based between London, Geneva, and Singapore, Craig’s remit covered North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. With his global strategy and delivery experience, Craig will take the digital platform Ten has proudly developed to date, and develop it into a market leading digital ecosystem.
Prior to Global Blue, Craig was Chief Innovation Officer at professional services firm Blue Rubicon, where he created a hand-picked software team to build an award winning IP and knowledge management system for the group’s European, Middle Eastern, and South East Asian operations.
Before this, Craig was Global Digital Lead for the P&G business within WPP plc working between the London, New York, and Singapore.
Key clients and partners throughout Craig’s career include Apple, Virgin Atlantic, Hilton Worldwide, American Express, Selfridges & Co, Richemont, Procter & Gamble, LVMH, Google, IBM, Facebook, Harrods, Starwood Hotels, McKinsey & Company, and British Airways.
