A hybrid

An accomplished and ambitious leader, I have 15 years’ experience leading product teams in the strategic, marketing and innovation functions. This has been built within corporate, agency, startup and consultancy environments. As a result, I'm a believer in the power of integration of strategy, content, media, data, and technology. I have global and board-level experience – with specific deep working knowledge of retail, travel, financial services and technology sectors on a global scale. A true hybrid, I'm both a strategist and an operator. The most common 'report card' is that I "get things done".

A skilled and experienced change maker, my career has spanned three distinct periods: building my own digital strategy consultancy specialising in developing strategies for growth from tech; a series of short-term / high-impact / rapid-change contracts, as a consultant; and board level roles in private equity owned / founder led businesses.

In 15 years, I have added more than £250m of value – new business revenue, company valuation multiple growth, new income sources, and operational efficiencies – to the companies I've worked with.
